House Hash Harriers is a running and walking club that is a world wide organisation, simply by going on the internet and looking for Hash House Harriers, you can find them in most countries, estimated to be in over 180 different countries, renowned for the “ drinking club with a running problem “

It is a non competitive past time, where runners and walkers combine some invigorating exercise and take to the open road / country side, with the occasional drink or two or three, before, after and even during the event.

The Hash House Harriers was previously in Alexandria, known as the Delta Hash  DH 3.

We are resurrecting the Club as The Alexandria Hash ( AH3 ) and will be meeting at the Portuguese Club on Fridays, where you / we can arrange transport.

The trails are suitable for different levels of fitness and all are welcome, the Circle at the start and end of the event can have “adult humour” content at times.
